These terms cover the website and personal styling app. They do not replace the separate terms of a retailer from whom you buy a product.

You must be at least 18 to use the app. Confirm your age honestly and accept these terms before creating an account or using personal app features. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account details and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share an account with a child or use another person's account without permission. We record the version and time of your account acceptance; we do not require your date of birth or an identity-document copy for this confirmation.

The app analyses clothing inspiration and suggests products using your style profile, shopping brief and available catalogue information. The current app is free to use, with the analysis allowance shown in your account. A sample edit contains illustrative products and is not a live shopping offer. Availability, usage allowances and features may change for security, maintenance, supplier or cost reasons. We will explain material changes where required. No paid subscription or fee is created by these terms; a future paid feature would require clear pricing and a separate affirmative purchase.

AI descriptions, match scores and outfit suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are styling suggestions, not guarantees of fit, quality, availability or suitability. Retailer feed prices and stock can change between refreshes. Check the retailer's current price, delivery costs, sizing, product information and terms before purchasing. We take reasonable care in providing the service and correcting reported problems. These explanations do not remove any mandatory legal rights you have.

A shopping list in the app is a list of selected products, not a paid order. Purchases, payment, fulfilment, returns and retailer warranties are handled by the retailer on its own website. We may receive an affiliate commission when you follow a link and make a qualifying purchase. The retailer sets its prices and sales terms. Affiliate attribution is subject to the retailer and network's rules and cookie choices. We do not collect your payment-card details or send your private inspiration photos or Vibe DNA to retailers.

You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. Only upload images you are permitted to use, and respect other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights. Prefer clothing-focused images and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information. You grant only the permissions needed to store, process and display your content to provide the features you request, including processing by the service providers described in the privacy notice. This does not transfer ownership or give us permission to use your private photos in advertising. Private inspiration photos expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup; saved style profiles have a separate lifetime. The privacy notice explains deletion and retention.

Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, attempt to access another person's data, distribute malicious code, bypass account or usage controls, or disrupt the service. Contact us before conducting security tests that may affect availability or other users. We may restrict an account or feature when reasonably necessary to address suspected underage use, security risks, unlawful content or serious breaches of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us to resolve or contest it.

The privacy notice and cookie choices page explain data processing and storage. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking or marketing. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are currently off; rejecting optional cookies does not prevent normal app use. Essential sign-in and requested-feature storage still operate. Sharing a card is your choice: preview it before downloading or sending it to another app. We do not automatically post to Instagram. External platforms apply their own terms and privacy settings.

You can stop using the free service at any time, delete your account in My Account, or email [email protected] to cancel or request deletion. No cancellation fee applies. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to this service, you may also withdraw within 14 days of entering the agreement by sending a clear statement to that email; these terms do not ask you to waive that right. Deletion and privacy requests remain available without accepting a new version of these terms. Retailer purchase cancellation and return rights must be exercised with the retailer; contact us if you need help identifying it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, but remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. You retain mandatory protections under the law that applies to you, including any protections of your country of habitual residence. These terms do not require private arbitration or remove your right to use the competent courts or contact a regulator.

Send complaints or notices of unlawful content to [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate, without sending unnecessary sensitive data. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain next steps. Material changes to the service terms will be communicated before they apply where required, with renewed acceptance where necessary.
